Commercial rights: All commissions include commercial rights. This means that you are free to use the rigged model for commercial purposes, such as streaming, creating videos, or selling merchandise.

Credit: Please credit me as the rigger (you may use any name you prefer, such as Papa or a name of your choice). This credit should be included in all public-facing materials that use the rigged model.

Right to decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable with. This includes commissions that are offensive, illegal, or that infringe on the copyrights of others.

Revisions: I will provide you with up to 2 revisions of the rigging. This includes changes to the expressions, poses, or other aspects of the model's movement. Any additional revisions will be subject to an additional charge.

Ownership: I retain full ownership rights to my work, including the right to publish it on social media, showcase it, and include it in my portfolio. However, I will seek your permission before publishing any images or videos that feature your likeness.

Updates: I will keep you updated on the progress of the rigging throughout the project. You will be able to provide feedback at any stage of the process.

Files: The commission files will include the rigged model and a set of facial expressions. The project (.cmo3) files will not be included.

Non-refundable: All commissions are non-refundable. This includes commissions that are cancelled before work has begun.

Payment options: Payment can be made either as a 50% down payment or full payment upfront. I accept payments in either USD or IDR and can be made through PayPal (USD) or local bank transfer (IDR).

Invoice: Please do not make any payment until I have confirmed your slot and requested an invoice for payment.

Send PSD file: To begin the rigging process, please send me a PSD file that is ready for rigging. The file should include the character's body, face, and hair.

Review file: I will review the PSD file and inform you once your commission is accepted. I may request any additional details needed at this stage.

Rigging: The Live2D rigging commission will be completed within 14-21 days. Once the rigging is complete, I will notify you and you can complete the payment for the commission.

Delivery: I will deliver the commission files via a secure file-sharing service.
